Blu sniffs the air cautiously.
His stomach growls. Lunch is soon.
He does not want to miss lunch. He looks down at his watch and then back up at thhe stormtroopers.
His stomach growls again.

Turn to Bronto and use body language indicating I am giving him orders about picking up what Dood dropped and putting it in his bag but saying in Aqualish

"I think I know what you are thinking and it is not the right time. We walk out of here today right now and you will exact a much bigger revenge later, I promise. Stay with me on this."

Deception roll on the show of body language that he should pick up Dood's dropped scrap.

Captain: "Well your master better have some good answers for why he sent a team into a restricted zone."

As the captain is inhaling for what looks like a massive tirade at you a sqad of stormtroopers come marching out of the front enterance of the building and they form up next to the captain. He turns his attention to the troopers
"Well?"

Stormtrooper squad leader: "The building is clear and we found no sign of any others inside."

The captains face starts to get red with anger: "How...why...I don't.." he splutters. Then he composes himself: "Trooper, take these...THINGS into custody. They may know something and I want to talk to each of them personally!"

Several of the stormtroopers start taking binders out of their utility belts and move to start putting restraints on the group.

Do you resist or allow them to cuff you all, load you in the transport and take you to lord knows where?

Bronto had been slowly processing what the droid said as he sees the Stormtroopers take out binders.

He bends over to pick up the garbage that Dood dropped, and he puts it in his garbage bag. His hand is inches from the stock of his carbine. He could draw it. He knows he could kill at least one of these Imperials before the others swarmed him. And he might kill more than one. He'd rather kill all the Imperials in the Galaxy - and if he remembers right, the droid promised him exactly that - so he hesitates with his hand still in the bag long enough to look at the droid for a cue...

Te'l doesn't like what is going on. He looks at Dood and thinks through the idea of convincing these troopers the droid did it. Not bad. he thinks.

"Sirs, truly what you see here is a gathering of innocent day laborers who meant to do nothing but get an honest days wage."

There are now 2 full squads of stormtroopers, each squad consists of 8 troopers, plus you have the captain as well. They arrived in a repulsorcraft that is a troop carrier, which looks like it could carry between 3 and 4 squads. The repulsorcraft has a 2 anti-personell heavy blaster cannons mounted on it. One chin turret in front and the other is mounted on the roof and is currently unmanned.

M3 - to your knowledge this area wasn't restricted according to any public records you examined. As for rights, aliens technically have the same rights as humans, however those laws are no longer enforced by the imperial military or by imperial courts. Droids have essentially no rights as they are machines and considered property, so if they are damaged or destroyed the laws governing that fall under applicable destruction of private property statutes.

"Did you say this area was restricted? When I checked with the Department of Public Records they assured me that this whole neighborhood was fine for scrap work. I think there must be some kind of mix up captain." M3PO says in a slight pleading tone.

"You're mix up was walking into the middle of a military restricted zone. Now how about you give me your bosses comm code and he and I can have a nice little chat about where he wants to pick you up, and how many pieces you're going to be in when he does." the Captain says with a wicked looking smirk on his face

Normally there are specific rules and ordinances that differ from planet to planet based on the planetary governance and it's regulatory commissions. However, the Galactic Empire is a military dictatorship, or at least I treat it as such, so if the military says section X or section Y is suddenly a military zone unless there is a lucrative and compelling reason for the planetary authorities to object they will do whatever is asked and will even produce documentation in due time to support the military's claims. Cuz you know, it's that or you get made an example of...

"Sir, is there anything we can do that doesn't result in a trip on your transports or anyone getting hurt? You seemed to be looking for someone and were disappointed when your soldier said the building was clear. Maybe we could help. I just want to keep the scrap we have and not get these gentlemen in any trouble." M3PO says softly (tone) and clearly.

"Master Lorimer Worden is a junket captain who collects scrap and resells it. I'm afraid I'm not sure the office number as he keeps his business books pretty close to his chest. We usually travel to a planet, he drops me off, I pick up some day labor, gather scrap, he resells it and we move on. I assume he has the proper paperwork on his ship, but he took off. Here is my datapad with what he wants me to get. He doesn't think I can be trusted with too much as I'm just made of scrap parts as you can see"

M3PO hands over his datapad which only has the impromptu spreadsheet I was working on earlier in the thread, and points to the slight difference in casing between his chest and arm.

"Allright you scum, get out of here before I change my mind and have you shot for trespassing." the Captain says then he turns back to M3, "Lets go for a ride, your boss and I need to have a chat and it sounds like you are just valuable enough to him that he'll come pick you up in person."

The Captain allows M3 to hand off the satchel, however he does take your datapad from you and that does not get handed off.

The Captain leads M3 up the ramp into the transport, the Stormtroopers board as well, and they all take off, headed to the northwest.

Unless of course anyone is going to make a move to stop them...
