The Taris Event Chapter 3

[Furiel]

Eli calls the MEPD and when they answer

"Detective Inspector Ty'lr please, I have information regarding his current investigation into a Mr. Ro'Talth's death yesterday. You can tell him Eli from Aderbrent Services is calling."

"DI Ty'lr here. I understand you have information regarding the death of Ro'Talth?"

"DI Ty'lr here. I understand you have information regarding the death of Ro'Talth?"

"Yes sir I do. The person you are looking for in regards to that investigation is one Bulwark Migs. He is a human male and currently he is on the Sweet Delia, the same ship that you picked up Syric Frost at this morning. I will be keeping an eye on him to try to ensure that he does not attempt to evade you again like he did this morning. When you were there this morning I had hoped that he would do the right thing and come willingly, however he has resisted all of our attempts to convince him to go willingly so I took it upon myself to notify you."

He is a human male and currently he is on the Sweet Delia, the same ship that you picked up Syric Frost at this morning. I will be keeping an eye on him to try to ensure that he does not attempt to evade you again like he did this morning. "We are on our way. We'll be there in 10 minutes." DI Ty'lr responds.

DI Ty'lr "The preliminary labs indicate they were grenades we see float through here all the time. Probably a thermal detonator. But those are preliminary tests so we won't know for sure for a few days what kind of explosive was used. We thought about the spaceport cameras, but with yesterday mornings sandstorms those are largely useless."

"Do you have any other leads to follow?"

[Whiteness]

Syric continues towards his destination.

Bulwark finishes his sandwich and grabs a drink out of the fridge.

DI Ty'lr "The preliminary labs indicate they were grenades we see float through here all the time. Probably a thermal detonator. But those are preliminary tests so we won't know for sure for a few days what kind of explosive was used. We thought about the spaceport cameras, but with yesterday mornings sandstorms those are largely useless."

"Do you have any other leads to follow?"

"Well we have reports of a shoot out the morning of the death and we are trying to locate all parties involved in that shooting." DI Ty'lr says.

Just then the door opens. "I hate to interrupt Detective Inspector, but there is a caller on the Ro'Talth case on line one." A young female officer says. "They are on line 7."

"Thank you Cartwright." DI Ty'lr says.

He picks up the comm. ""We are on our way. We'll be there in 10 minutes."

He hangs up.

"Looks like we have one right now. Care to join?"

[Gandolfini]

"Looks like we have one right now. Care to join?"

Yes, I would.

As DI Ty'lr, DCI Hunt and Jax walk to the police speeder DI Ty'lr notices a message on his comm. "And looks like our witness from this morning wants to cooperate." He says with a smile. The three hop into the speeder and head over to the spaceport and pull up to the Sweet D.

"DI Ty'lr here to see Bulwark Migs." DI Ty'lr says loudly as he walks up to the entry ramp.

[Bulwark]

Bulwark rolls his eyes and finds Eli, "You realize Im going to have to tell them everything, right?"
He walks down the ramp, yawning. He notices Jax and says, "Hey Jax, what's up? Did you find out any more info?" He turns to the cops and says, "It always nice when the Jedi council sends you someone to help on a mission. How can I help you."

He walks down the ramp, yawning. He notices Jax and says, "Hey Jax, what's up? Did you find out any more info?" He turns to the cops and says, "It always nice when the Jedi council sends you someone to help on a mission. How can I help you."

"We'd like you to come down to the station to give a statement in regards to a criminal activity we are investigating." DI Ty'lr says.

[Bulwark]

"um,ok. Sure. As long you promise not to beat me into submission." He says with a knowing smile.

[Blackferne]

"um,ok. Sure. As long you promise not to beat me into submission." He says with a knowing smile.

DCI Hunt glares at Bulwark, "Listen smartass you'll answer DI Ty'lr's questions and so much as a smirk and I'll clear it clean off your face."

[Bulwark]

"I wouldn't expect anything less. Ok, let's go."

Bulwark, Jax, DI Ty'lr, and DCI Hunt ride in the speeder back to the station. As they pull up DI Ty'lr sees Syric walking towards the station.


"Gene take Mr. Migs to interrogation room one. I'll be in just a second. Jedi if you'd like to join him, that would be fine. I'll catch up in a second."

DI Ty'lr then runs over to Syric "I got your message. I'm glad you decided to talk. Come with me and we can revise your statement" He leads Syric to Interrogation room two.

Jax joins DCI Hunt and Bulwark in Room 1. (OOC: It's not a closet right?)

As soon as the speeder pulls out of the docking bay I'm going to go find Fandango-

"Fandango, Bulwark was just taken in and he said something to me as he was leaving that makes me think he's going to tell them about you. He said that he was going to tell them everything, whatever that means. However that could be interpreted as he is not going to try to protect you during the questioning, which could mean your freedom would be endangered, especially considering his obvious bias against you. I'm not going to tell you what to do, I think you can decide that for yourself, but if you choose to leave us temporarily, then please don't tell me where you are going. I can't be forced to tell them where you are if I don't know myself."

It is not a closet. It is a 4 meter by 4 meter room with a few chairs a table a vid screen on the wall and a camera.

After a few moments DI Ty'lr walks in. "Thanks for waiting Mr. Migs. It is my understanding you know this man." He brings up a picture of Ro'Talth (ID photo) on the view screen.
