Dood was at dinner with the girlfriend and her family and got yelled at for texting/im-ing at the table. Dood has PMed the GM what the hell he's doing. For the moment though, it is Eli's move.

yeah the timeline on this has me all messed up.

Dood hits me and then Eli and Klak pop up out of nowhere before I can smack him back or resolve it with dood in another way?

The ship isn't that big so getting from one part to your showdown during their turns is not inconceivable.

I got my shot only because combat started and dood walked away

but I was hoping he would hit me, Eli would grab him as he said and then I could pull out my ion pistol and shoot SOD in a rage before Klak could hit him. oh well

Once you do catch up with them though I am instituting a house rule that ships designated as a "fleet" have each ship do their rolls normally and the whole fleet gets the best travel time (assuming all ships are going to the same place). So if you and SD all go to Naboo you guys share info and get the benefit, but if you go to naboo and they go to lok you each roll for yourselves.

Dood hit Syric, which Eli didn't see. Syric hit Dood which Eli did see, Eli steps in trying to play peacemaker, grabs Syric and tells him to back off, it's over and to tell him calmly what happened.

You responded by shooting Eli rather than doing what most people would do at the end of a confrontation, which would be to shake me off and scream at me about how Dood attacked you completely unprovoked. Instead you chose to escalate it by not only attacking the peacemaker, but by using a weapon as well to do so. I assure you when your character wakes up from the beating I'm about to lay on him he will not be pleased with the results.
