Cuspar puts on his new suit and stares at his commlink, waiting for it to beep. After an hour of waiting, I'll go to a new restaurant where we aren't recognized for breakfast. I invite the others, of course. I make sure to take my long range commlink.

@ Cuspar

Mid breakfast you get a beep on your comm (and seriously your short distant comm is fine. It can cover the equivalent of a city in reception easy) beeps up. Fossar Shipping local representative Wesley Fo'taloo contacts you. "Mr. Inivr'E the younger? A representative of your company is requested to our local shipping warehouse this morning in regards to a job offer. I am sending our map location now." You commlink beeps proudly notifying you that it is capable of carrying a call AND receiving a datafile unlike that stupid iComm 4 you saw in those adverts last time you hung around a vid stream.

@ Dood, Klak, Syric, So Leet.

"Captain Amm'nel and Captain Frost, congratulations." A montone unenthusiastic elderyly lady says sliding your Captains credentials across a counter to you. Upon inspection Dood appears to have blinked during the picture taking and Syric was caught mid sneeze making a rather dumb look on his face. "For ship inspections please see the BoSS officer in the next room."

You all walk to the next room, get assigned a number and wait in the lobby filling out the necessary paperwork. After a period of hour and a half you hear "Aderbrent Services please come to desk terminal 7." You walk up and are greeted by a young slightly pudgy Rodian. "Hello. I'm Jomeedo and I'm your assigned ship inspector. I see you have filled out all the appropriate paperwork." He says impressed with So Leet's attention to detail. "Please escort me to your vessel. I will perform the inspection and then if you pass you will pay 1,000 credits for the Ship Operator's license. If you fail you will be charged a processing fee of 250 credits. Are you ready to proceed?"

@ Wailer

Zeid walks into the office and after a brief morning settling walks up to you and says "Hello! Welcome to Zeid's Starship! We've got deals!!!!" with a large smile "How can I help you?" After he says that your commlink beeps indicating an inbound call from Planet Express Delivery service.

Cuspar is a little bit stunned. He didn't expect to hear from his father, and nor did he expect to feel the rush he does from this false enterprise. He is also happy that the auto-correct feature works properly on this commlink - the old one corrected "Fossar" to "gusset".

He goes to Fossar Shipping, and asks for Wesley Fo'Taloo.

Wesley, I'm sure you know, but I'm Cuspar Inirv'E. My father has sent directions in regards to a job for my new company. Do you have information for me?

"Welcome Mr Inirv'E. We have a client who is shipping a small herd of Dewbacks to Bryx. The order came in this morning, and our computer flagged this job as one to be outsourced to Aderbrent Services LLC run by a, how do you pronounce this Syrix Syriq ah Syric Frost. Forgive me my high galactic reading is still a bit shakey. It also said you were the point of contact for contracts. Is this correct?"
Wesley asks.

Yes I did see that.

Planet express confirms and says it is on its way.

Eli is spending the morning around the ship while everyone is away enjoying the quiet to meditate, study his holodisks, do some light form practicing and basically taking it easy after the bit of a beating he took last night. Occasionally I'll be sticking my head outside and taking short walks when I start to feel cooped up. I'll have my comlink with me and on the whole time so if anyone calls for assistance or anything of interest happens around the ship lot I may see it.

My perception mod is +8 and you can let me know if I see anything or anything happens

"Taleo missa about da r one." Wailer says as he walks towards the red 578-R.
Zeid takes you out to a part of the lot where there are three 578-Rs parked right next to each other. One has gold trim on a red metalic paint, the next has red trim on a white paint job, the last gas a green metalic paint job all over, no trim color.

"Okay these are the 578-Rs. Each has a top normal flight speed of 800km/h, sublight engines are standard, hyperdrives on all three are class 3. If you can buy a better hyperdrive you could kick that up to a Class 2b. I suppose if you had a genius engineer you might be able to get to class 2 tops. I wouldn't think you could mod it faster than that without redoing the full interior hull bracing and probably retrofitting cruiser class inertial dampeners into it. Quite frankly if you get to that point you are looking at spending so much you might as well juts buy a new ship." Zeid says as he takes you into the solid green one. "This one is only 5 years old, kept in pretty good condition. Cargo space is 40 tons, like the hyperdrive you could mod it probably out another 5 max before you start sacrificing speed. Crew of two, up to 10 passengers, split level as you can see with the cargo hold on the bottom floor. upstairs you have the cockpit the crew lounge, two crew cabins with 5 bunks each. the Port crew room opens into the engine room back there. And a central airlock with a dorsal hatch."

He takes you through to the Gold Trim one. "This one is 8 years old, but has been retrofitted with a newer navicomputer after the factory one blew out. So it should be good now. Same basic layout. Lower travel distance and less hyperspace wear than the green one, but not by much. This one I don't think you could get much past a class 2b hyperdrive even if you wanted to, but I'm pretty sure you could mod it up to 7.5 extra tons of cargo capacity."

Finally he walks into the white one with red trim. Turns it on. "I just had my mechanic out here. This is the newest of the three at three years. It is pretty much all factory parts except for a power relay redo done yesterday. It has all the standard 578r features and amenities for you and your crew." He turns off the ship and walks back outside. "The sticker price on all three are 30k, but I'm wanting to move em so I can make way for some new ships I got coming in. If you set up a payment plan that 30k price is what we'll aim for with 4% APR tacked on. Probably 60 days til the first payment. If you pay cash today in full I'll sell you any of them for 29k. I paid 28k so you know I'm not jerking you around. Man's gotta eat am I right? So what kind of work are you in and how big is your crew?" Zeid asks.

@Dood, So Leet, Klak and Syric

Jomeedo follows you to Zeid's used ship lot. after spending 15 minutes flirting with Tarante under the guise of obtaining bill of sale documentation she is required to give him anyway, he proceeds to go to your ship and starts poking around. He spends about an hour testing systems poking his head into various crawlspaces and finally comes out with his datapad.

"Well the ship looks in satisfactory shape. There is some wear and tear so you'll probably need to get the struts on the hull frame looked at in maybe 3 years or 30,000 light years traveled. I know a lot of people like to upgrade hyperdrives in these models, but I wouldn't go past a class 2 hyperdrive unless you get those struts looked at. Overall I'd say you guys got a deal for a ship this good at that price. I've seem some suckers pay way more for way less. I uploaded the most current astronavigation data into your navcomputer. Any time you want to update it just stop by any BoSS office and show your Operator's license and you'll be able to buy it for 250cr. I'm going to need the 1000 credits now, I'm going to get Zeid's signature for the bill of sale and take this back to the office for processing. You can pick up your operator's license tomorrow morning and then pay the fee for the weapon ordinances and you should be able to fly out of here I'm guessing 1pm tomorrow or so. Any questions before I head out?"
Jomeedo says.

Dood pays 1000cr leaving him with 933, 500cr of which are company credits. The company currently has 500cr left.

Zeid sees Jomeedo approaching in regards to the other ship. "Mr. Wailer you have a deal 29k and as luck would have it we could get this done right now."

"Hey Zeid I'm gonna need your signature for that blue DCF over there."
Jomeedo says.

"Hey Jomeedo, I know this is kind of unorthodox, but I was wondering if while you are here you could do another inspection?"
Zeid says.

"You know I'm not supposed to do that. I was sent out here for Aderbrent Services and after I finish I got to head back."
Jomeedo says.

"Oh I know I know. I was thinking you could take a quick peak at the 578-r. I know you need the forms first, so I'll fill out the forms right now in my office. And while I fill them out you could go grab some lunch. You know there is that great sandwich shop just down the road. You should go there. And just thinking about it is getting me hungry from one of their melts."
He looks over to Tarante and shouts "Hey Tarante I need you to walk over to the sandwich place and get me a melt. You want a melt too Jomeedo? My treat, this place has great sandwiches. Take Jomeedo with you and pay for his lunch, anything he wants. When you guys come back I'll be in my office."

"Well I am pretty hungry now that you mention it."
Jomeedo says watching Tarante walking over to get some cash from Zeid.

The Rodian and the Twi'leck walk off the lot for a while.

"Captain. Wailer let's go into the office to fill out the paperwork."

Tomorrow morning you can get your Operator license from BoSS and pay the weapon certification fee and then be on your way.

Your balance is 10,229 credits. Add 1 578-r to your inventory registered under Captain Wailer.

You make your way to the Czerka Corp store. As you walk in there are a couple employees behind the counter talking to each other.

"No I don't care what we do after work. I heard that Gizzard Guts is playing SEO tonight if you want to check them out." says one.

"Yeah we could do that. I like their last couple tracks. It wouldn't be too late I hope." Says the other. They see you waiting in line. "It'll be just a minute."

"We should comm Oltorf and Koenig to come with us, I haven't seen them in forever. It would be great to see them again." says the first one.

"Oh yeah that would be great. You remember last time we were out with Koenig? He got so bombed he started dancing on stage until the bouncer threw us out. That was awesome."

The second clerk rolls her eyes and walks in the back.

The first clerk turns to you and says under-enthused. "Yeah. Okay." Sighs "Welcome to Czerka corp, how can Czerka Corp help you today, or whatever."
