That 50cr/night "cheap" motel is another reason for us to get a ship ASAP...when we have a ship we can sleep on it at night, whereas now we're blowing what, 400 credits, just for all of us to bunk tonight? So we'd run through all our cash on sleeping accomodations in 2 weeks at that rate...

1. I'm going to be nicer to Wailer because of our shared websense pain
2. What gets fishysmells of hands?
3. I was going to slink away to a cantina that has waitresses for my bed tonight
Though I don't know how well that would work for sober Syric
4. I just remembered I'm sober so disregard #1

For the fight night thing, are you allowed to wear gloves? I assume it's non-weapon and non-lethal, but something like combat gloves might be allowed and obviously that would make a huge difference for me...

No gloves. It is bare fist fighting. The closest you get is mesh tape.

That's still cool, especially since I just took Martial Arts 1 so I get to roll d6s for damage instead of d4s

Personally, I like hearing the lines of BS with these deception rolls but if it comes to it, I have Mind Trick if you hadn't noticed.

That would still go poorly for you as I'm quite confident my to-hit, damage, defense and HPs are all superior to yours...Whiteness wrote:I have that too, maybe I should take you onFuriel wrote:That's still cool, especially since I just took Martial Arts 1 so I get to roll d6s for damage instead of d4s![]()

Blackie - can Cusp be unable to sleep and either go gamble, bet on the fights, or bang the first thing he sees with gills and a vagina? (K - maybe not the last one, but sleep is lame.)

Seriously. Who the hell at WOTC thought these would be good rules for gambling? Someone who, like Arrican, has a +5 wisdom is looking at a worst-case scenario of losing half of their stake, and the odds of that are slim (20% chance). In fact, Arrican's got a 55% chance at winning SOMETHING every time the dice are rolled.Bulwark wrote:forget this working for a living thing, I just want to play poker on tat the rest of my life.

@ cusp sure go bet, fight, drink, screw whatever you want.
@ dood as a GM I will at some point stop him as the casino isn't a money factory. At some point they notice they are dolling out that much cash, kick him out or react poorly. He isn't there yet.

Just an FYI gm, I'm about to go a little nutty and make some serious cash pretty quickly.
So get ready for that negative impact or whatever.
I think based on these odds would it just be safer to figure out what the amount is going to be that you're going to get mad and ask me to leave and we just roll till that happens?
The odds are stacked in my favor. I'd like to walk out of here /w 20k in credits, and I'd like to leave before I was below 3500 credits.
How do you want to do that?
