Seeing Tony in position, Trinal darts forward and positions himself behind A and B. He'll attempt to be stealthy and avoid giving away his movement to the Chulassa.

Stealth: 17+6=23

Unleashing Tempest Breath, he'll catch both A and B and their mounts in the effect.

Attack: d20+13 vs reflex, damage 2d6+10 (if any surprise applies, feel free to adjust)

Attack: 20 (crit) + 13=33
Damage 5+10=15 (is a nat 20 automatic max? if so, it's 22)

Crit roll: 100%

(I took a photo of the dice, which may not mean much, but I really did roll them)

Photo evidence:

Stavis staying in stealth will double move forward and prepare to use Symphony of Misfortune on B right at the start of combat, with grant combat advantage as the misfortune effect.

[OOC Symphony of Misfortune is an area burst 1, I've marked the spot where I would ideally have it originate so that the burst area affects both B and C.]

Attack vs Will
[dice]0[/dice]

Damage
[dice]1[/dice]

Effect: The burst creates a zone of misfortune that lasts until the end of your next turn. Choose one of the following misfortune effects; until the end of our next turn, each enemy that starts its turn within the zone is subject to that effect.

Waiting on Syric as well.

Dwarves, Victae, and Frnaklin all move.

In case it matters, my attack grants me concealment until the end of my next turn and anyone hit by it cannot gain CA until then either.

[OOC Added the rest of Symphony of Misfortune's area its affecting then, though may be slightly pointless as the rate they are dropping. I will also state that Stavis does not consider 3 an enemy at the point so will be unaffected by the effect, should the group prove hostile to us would like for the effect to work at that point but will leave that up to Joun, though hopefully a moot point to consider right now.

Tony is going to ruin C's day...
I have CA by virtue of one or possibly more of the following - I'm in concealment from my stealth check, I am flanking C with 4 if he considers me an ally, I will consider him so until he proves otherwise, and/or First Strike ability which grants me CA against all opponents if they haven't acted yet.

Attack C with Torturous Strike vs AC
Attack: [dice]0[/dice]
Damage: [dice]1[/dice]

B and C turn around and yell some kind of curse in a language you do not understand.

B attacks Stavis but misses.

C attacks Tony and misses.

The green team goes.

4 and 3 attack C but miss.

1 and 2 advance on B and attack.

2 lands a blow for 12 dmg.

Team Phoenix is up.

Stavis will use Blunder on B in the hopes of causing the rider to fall off his horse.

Attack Vs Will
[dice]0[/dice]

Damage
[dice]1[/dice]

[OOC if successful and allows for sliding as well as falling off, would have the rider slide down next to Tony, if only to fall off next to Trinal. Will go ahead and include Blunder's effect for if it is applicable.]

Effect: During the slide you or one of your allies can make a melee basic attack against the target as a free action, with a +2 power bonus to the attack roll.

Trinal shifts back one square to get out of melee range of B, then follows it up with Dragonfrost, targeted at B.

Attack: d20+13 vs fort, damage 1d8+10

Attack: [dice]0[/dice]
Damage: [dice]1[/dice]

Are the non-chulussa guys considered allies for the purposes of flanking?

Seeing the Chulassa triggers something and all he sees is red as Syric shifts forward with an Impatient strike against C.

Impatient Strike Augment 2 + CA

All hits. Chulussa riders are strapped in the saddles (it aids in archery) so he didn't fall out but his horse did slip. (I changed the B diamond a different shade of red to indicate that.

C is bloodied and B is bloodied.

Well when you put it that way...

Attack C with Riposte Strike w/ CA vs AC
Attack: [dice]0[/dice]
Damage: [dice]1[/dice]

If he's still alive and attacks me back, my immediate interrupt attack vs AC
Attack: [dice]2[/dice]
Damage: [dice]3[/dice]

If C is dead I will shift 1 south which should put B in the flank between myself and 2
If still alive I will hold my move action

After seeing B die Stavis will put away his wand but will watch the groups reaction to his statements in case they are still to be considered enemies. "I offer you greetings. We are the Phoenix Guard and some friends traveling with us. We are a specialist force of the Southern Alliance and as such do not align ourselves with the Chulassa or Blood Army and would see both wiped from this realm."

"Clearly those desires align with one of those desires so I think there is grounds for working together. I won't go into full details on the road but we are on the last leg of our trek to get to the Citadel to offer them a plan on receiving help from the Southern Alliance."

[OOC I used Southern Alliance as I couldn't remember a name given nor my limited search come up with anything.]

While Stavis is talking Tony will clean his blade then sheath his rapier and take a relaxed stance while the talky men do their thing...
