"I'm not certain that it's a matter of trust as it is necessity. We may not have many other options without access to his resources."
A man may fight for many things. His country, his friends, his principles, the glistening tear on the cheek of a golden child. But personally, I'd mud-wrestle my own mother for a ton of cash, an amusing clock and a sack of French porn. - Edmund Blackadder

Teagor offers "The city administration building has a small dock on the west side where the three rivers meet. If Klovis does the explosion, I can be waiting with a boat and go down river. I am betting we can get far enough down river to get him to safety. Though as adventurers you might want to be careful about who sees you in action during the break, lest you become suspects."

"Tony Plush's preference would be to get gone as soon as we are done. You are right as adventurers we will be among the top suspects tomorrow and they are likely to attack us outright rather than bring us in for questioning and a trial. The Army of Blood isn't exactly overburdened with compassion and tolerance. Especially if they have outlanders they can easily scapegoat."

Stavis will look to Trinal "How many people do you think we will need tomorrow to meet this person? Even with the explosion this will be more about stealth then brute strength so I doubt we need everyone to get the Bishop out unless it results in major fighting. Those that participate temporarily ride the boat a ways and trek back to help with whatever is needed after meeting this person. Those that don't head back to the tavern making a point to be very visible and thus excluded from suspicion."

"Only if you think you can still function to meet the person in the morning, probably more along the lines of changeling a couple guards at the tavern to arm-wrestling or something."

"The last time we split up when fighting the minions of the Army of Blood didn't end so well. I'm not anxious to do that again if it can be avoided. All the details were not shared would it be possible to complete the business with Brick outside of town?"

[OOC] Trinal updated everyone when we met back at the inn.

Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
"I won't deny that Tony, but this is an attempt at being stealth as possible and hopefully with as little fighting as necessary. With a group our size that makes it that much harder and thus the likely hood of a large unavoidable fight more likely, but if the rest of the group wishes to not split up I will not speak against it further."
Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
"You make a valid point as well, my counterpoint to that though is that we have no idea what kind of shape the Bishop is going to be in, along with it seems to Tony Plush that we're betting the success of this plan on the ability for the Bishop to be able to sneak out with us. And it's highly unlikely he is skilled in that area. Tony Plush has little doubt that the two of us could reach him and even get him out of his cell undetected. It's the exit that Tony Plush feels is highly unlikely to be achieved without fighting. And all it takes is one person to raise the alarm before we could be overwhelmed. It's like Tony Plush always say, overkill is underrated. In this case even if we don't all go in, we would be best served if we had the rest of the group next door at most to be able to respond if things go sideways."

"Just on principle, I think it would be best to avoid splitting up unless it's absolutely necessary."

Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
"Okay to summarize then, the plan is as follows. Klovis will set off an explosion near the barracks. Teagor will be waiting on the docks near the administrative building. We will go into the administration building during the confusion, head downstairs to the cells, break out the bishop and get him to the dock. I will not be at the tavern giving us an alibi." Victae says.
Is this the plan?

"My name us Tony Plush and Tony Plush approves of this plan. When we're doing this do we want to wear our tunics from down south to start building our reputation?"

"I like this plan. I'm ambivalent about the tunics."

Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
"Maybe during the escape or leave a cloak in the cell, being a bit too viable with something that can make it easier to focus in the searching to follow to prove our guilt, especially if we are unable finish the other quest we have without heading back into town."
Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
"Maybe we should wear the tunics, it may help divert attention from the locals if they think an outside force is responsible for the breakout."

So yay or nay on tunics?
Vote and after vote we'll fast forward to the explosion.

I'll go with yes, just for expediency.

Re: LPDnD: Straight Outta Brackton!
Donning the tabbards the party assembles near the bridge from the merchant district (part that has the cathedral, inn, merchant shops, and warehouses) to the Old city (part that has barracks, city administration, mayors house etc). You mill about as you see Teagor on a small boat positioning upstream ready to to glide into the small dock on the backside of the city administration building when it is time.
The feel for the night is cold and a light snow starting to fall. Suddenly a large boom is heard from the old city part of the city.
