Spintik hits, misses, and hits respectively.

"Ah your aim is nice, but I doubt you'll afford my price!" He sings back at you.

Victae double moves up onto the stage and flourishes her polearm.

"I'm not sure I like the sound of your tune, Mumford!" She says.

Minstrel F and A have glowing green auras coming from their instruments and flowing to Mumford. The wounds from Spintik's arrows seems to be less severe.

Mumford Lunges towards Victae with a large battle axe.

Syric curses under his breath as he sees the elf warrior take to the stage and face Mumford alone and quickly tries to make up the distance. With a Mighty Sprint and some fancy footwork he ends up flanking Mumford before impatiently striking.

Move: Mighty Sprint, movement +4
Minor: Knack for success, shift 2
Standard: Impatient Strike, vs AC

DMG

Victae will get +2 damage bonus against him until start of my next turn if I hit.
Spoiler:

Stage is probably 4 ft high.

Catwalk is twenty.

Do I still need to get closer to get a really good look and figure out the ropes and how dangerous the cauldron is or do I still need to get closer?
You can probably figure out which rope Thievery DC 18. Cauldron looks particularly nasty from this angle. You probably shouldn't allow him to go in.
I'll double move along the catwalks to get an even closer look

Tony: you can see me moving at full speed toward the platform and you know I can fly. Seems there might be an opportunity for joint stupidity.

Syric misses.

Spintik knoks teh instrument out of D's hands with minor damage done to the instrument.

Tony notices that the hostage is about 15 feet above the cauldron) even with the catwalk. The cauldron looks dangerous but you can't properly identify why. The ropes are each attached to sandbags and if you had to guess base don your thievery roll the hostage is anchored by the northwest sandbag.

Stavis doges 45's attack and double moves to Mumford seeing that the stranglers are not long for the world. After getting as close as he can will sing Song of Hope and though keeping the song upbeat and positive will be in a different key to what the minstrel's are playing.

Effect: Until the end of the encounter, your skald’s aura gains the following effect: Your allies in the aura gain a +2 power bonus to skill checks. Once before the end of the encounter, when one of your allies makes an attack roll, as a free action you can choose to have that ally roll twice for the attack and use either result.

[OOC not had to work much with auras before and in my quick search didn't find anything to define the range so up to Joun.]

Using a minor action I hadn't used this turn, Trinal holds his sending stone up to his face and whispers into it- "I'm going to try to put out the fire under the cauldron with a dragonfrost spell. That may give you some more room to maneuver."

Wait it just occured to me that Tony didn't take his turn other than a minor action as a thievery check. Tony will get two turns this round as compensation.

(ooc: I didn't realize Tony hadn't gone)

Trinal dashes forward and, spending an action point for a "Heroic Moment", casts Dragonfrost against the cauldron under the Duke's son.

Attack is normally d20+11 vs fort, damage 1d8+9.

Roll: 19.

19+11=30

The blast goes to the cauldron with force knocking it over and spilling it's contents over the back of the stage. The fire under the cauldron has been extinguished and the cauldron is on it's side.
