Edit: and is Nycro on the ground or walkway? And does it matter for flanking considerations?

I assume anyone on the wall (exception syric) is on the walkway. Anyone on the interior would be on the ground (but hasn't had the -5 penalty to concealment like the barbarians have had).

Nycro is in the front door next to Syric (unless Syric moved)

Any successful melee attack against Trinal does 2 fire damage to the attacker until the end of his turn.

So if I move to the spot Trinal just vacated Nycro is on the walkway and therefore 30 would not be considered flanked so I wouldn't get CA?

Trinal's breath does lots of damage, his goon squad kills 30, the last one's shot is directed to 32 instead as 30 had already fallen.

Tony moves to the side of the door and will make things VERY uncomfortable for anyone trying to enter the fort

Attack the first barbarian to move between Nycro and I with Torturous Strike vs AC, ca due to flanking so sneak attack as well - if hit and lives target will be marked
