I forgot to add CA to both attacks, but even adjusting for that only Victae's "miss damage hits" Ghoul B takes 4 points of damage.

Combat is over.

There is a couple corpses in the corner that the Ghouls were snacking on when you guys walked in. The lightning bolt was decorative floor work.

The corpses appear to be three humanoids, though the mangled corpses make it difficult to ascertain their exact race. Their belongings have a rapier, a greatsword, a key, and two vials. The rest of the room looks like it was basically a holding cell for the ghouls.

Syric looks from his sword to the one in front of him, back and forth. He has been trying to honor an idealized version of what he believes his father to be, but with recent history he now knows he has to make his own future.

He sheaths his fathers sword and says to the others with a strange detachment and a serious look in his eyes "I...I would like that lightening forged sword."

Tony hands the greatsword to Syric

"It's all yours. Tony Plush will be taking the rapier as that is his preferred weapon. Tony Plush believes Victae used her healing potion so it would be wise to replenish her supply, and Syric you should probably take the other as a backup for yourself. Then we should go see which door this key will open as we've still got a couple rooms to go once everyone is ready."

Once we get back to the first room I'll try door A first and if that one opens then we're off!

Syric accepts the sword with great reverence, though Tony's other words were lost on him as he ran his gaze up the length of his new sword, turning it in his hands to look at it from every angle, completely focused on it. Seeing Tony holding out a vial he accepts it with a muffled 'thanks' and an embarrassed look.

He stows the vial in his belt pouch then makes a few practice swings to get a feel for it before following the group back out into the hall.

Victae gets 1 healing potion
Syric gets the greatsword of lightning and 1 healing potion
Tony gets Duelist Rapier

Victae asks the Professor to (out of combat) to cast Majestic word. She spends a healing surge 8+1(item bonus)+4(Professor's Cha bonus) and is back at max. She has 5 surges left for the day.

Does Tony want a Majestic word?

No need for additional healing currently, I'm only down 3 from max currently, seems a waste of a healing surge to do it.

So Mr. DM, what's behind door #A?

You guys leave the ghoul's den and go back into the Crypt's central room. You have two doors and try the one on teh west side (A) the key goes in the lock and after the application of pressure on the lock, it slowly turns. The door can be opened. You pull the door and see a short narrow hallway that goes to a wooden door that has no lock, but has carvings of skeleton warriors on it.

Just to be safe I'll check the door for traps

If I see none and everyone is ready then I'll open the door and it'll be go time yet again.

You open the door and see, surprise a lot of skeletons. A quick glance indicates that A-I appear to be warriors armed with bows, arrows, and swords. W however has robes on and is wielding a magic wand. He seems to be performing some kind of ritual.
