When the head of the MPAA sits there and says that the Google search engine is little more than a directory for piracy and that the first link you'll find on Google for any movie is a link to illegally download the movie, and all you get is Congresspeople nodding in feigned understanding/agreement, the blood, she boils.

That's such a blatant lie, everyone knows that when you google search something the first link is always to it's wikipedia page.

So...if SOPA passes and I get a tattoo of a copyrighted thing like let's say darth vader and I take a picture and post that picture on the internet, and Lucas says "no!" and the site gets the notice. Is it enough to take down the picture from the webspace or do I need to get tattoo removal as well?

I believe you get deported until such time as you can prove that you have had the tattoo removed.
