Does anyone have friends in Japan that are extremely trustworthy? (Proximity to Okoyama Prefecture a bonus...)

Tracked down a rare guitar online that I've been looking for the past 5 years. Trying to find someone to inspect it and help me arrange climate controlled shipping. I'm hoping to phone the store tomorrow and talk to someone that speaks English and then I'll know more...
