M3PO remembering that Rek went to the dinner uses his internal comm to communicate, "Sir I wanted to let you know that I have elected to prepare the room for your stay. If you require my assistance please comm me."

He proceeds with his search.

Blu cautiously heads towards martha's, the smell being both a caution and an attraction.

[Dood]

Dood heads to the diner for chow.

"Table for 5...I mean 6, do you let droids in here? Rek says distractedly, the pungent aromas having taken his focus.

He turns back to the waitress and lowers his voice slightly, "Excuse me miss, but is there anything here that you would honestly recommend? You know, anything thing on the menu that you would eat yourself? "

"Yes sir, we do allow droids." says the portly hostess as she grabs menus and begins leading you through the diner at full waddle. "I just love all the food here. It's not all fancy like you'd get at alot of other places. Just down-home food like I'd make if I wasn't here all the time." She arrives at a round booth toward the back, places all the menus then asks: "What name would your friends be asking for when they arrive?"

M3PO looks at Bronto a second and pauses before speaking in aqualish, "Sir it has been a long few days for you. You need to go eat. How about you go to the diner below with the other gentlemen while I prepare the room. I will be here the whole time should you need me."

[Whiteness]

"To be honest, I can't tell you what name they'd ask for, but it looks like they're coming now" Rek says as he notices the large Ortolan, notices him much later than one should for a creature his size, heading towards him with the Bothan Dood not far behind. Of course as always, the twilek is nose deep in the Bothan's rear fur and Rek can see the only ones missing are the droid and Aqualish.

He opens his comlink, "Bronto, it seems like everyone else is here in the diner, make sure you stick close to the droid, please? Just bring him with you so you can get some food."

[Cuspar]

In Aqualish to M3P0, Rek says to bring you to dinner.

M3PO is quiet for a moment. He puts his bag away in the closet, takes out the datapad and some credits.

"Fine." He says flatly. Note to self: adjust social interaction protocols to be more accommodating to paternalistic urges by organics. Also pay for Blu's breakfast as previously committed.

M3PO and Bronto lock up the room and head down to the diner.

While waiting for the others, Rek takes a close look at his surroundings. He is looking for anyone that is sitting close enough to overhear anything said at the table or looking for any obvious surveilance devices.

As M3PO and Bronto sit down with Rek M3PO hands Rek 6 credits. "I believe you over contributed your portion of the lodging cost." He then turns his attention to his datapad and starts tapping away.

[Whiteness]

Rek looks around at the table and counts them again, the Bothan, the Ortolan, the Twilek, the Aqualish and himself, does the math again and comes up with the same numbers...

Wait, is the droid paying for a share of the room too?

"Uh, thanks Emthreep" he says before returning to the menu.

While waiting for the others, Rek takes a close look at his surroundings. He is looking for anyone that is sitting close enough to overhear anything said at the table or looking for any obvious surveilance devices.

The couple in the booth immediately to your right could hear quite a bit if they are trying.

There is an obvious security camera at the front, although it appears to be monitoring the till. There are also a couple mirrored half-globes at a couple intersections in the cieling. They appear to be set to let staff check a corner before rounding it and barreling into a customer or another staff person, but they could also conceal cameras, however the only way to be sure would be to take one apart.

Rek calls the waitress over, orders a glass of water and asks about the specials.

[Dood]

Dood looks at M3P0 as he hands Rek his change, reaches into his belt and counts out the appropriate amount, which he then hands to the droid.

"Thanks for getting that setup."

Dood looks around, slightly bleary-eyed, and rubs his temples.

"Might I recommend that we leave work-related conversation out of dinner tonight? There's no need to burden the people around us with tiresome prattleytalk."

[Blackferne]

M3PO takes the 30 credits and places it away. He goes back to his datapad. "I agree with the Bothan. Dinner should not be a time to discuss work." he says without looking up.

[Furiel]

Rek calls the waitress over, orders a glass of water and asks about the specials.

"Hey sugar, my names Flo, I'll be taking care of you today. Tonight's special is meatloaf and gravy, with spuds and pods and the soup of the day is creamed correllian cabbage. Can I get ya'll something to drink and do you still need a minute with the menu?"

[Bulwark]

Blu looks up at Flo, "Hey babe, I really dig that special. Put me down for a double."

[Cuspar]

Bronto looks at Flo and bellows something in Aqualish. It sounds like he is furious and may kill Flo, but M3P0 steps in...

Without looking up from his datapad M3PO interjects "Ma'am do not be alarmed. Master Gaga is just rather particular and animated when it comes to his food. Suffice to say if your kitchen is capable of providing a shellfish platter that has been lightly braised and has a cream sauce?" He looks up to Bronto for confirmation "Yes a cream sauce. He would also like a glass of a fruit based wine. Preferably something light that can compliment the shellfish texture. A side salad of assorted greens would be preferred before the entre, with a vinagrette. But, and this is key, he does not want any tree nuts in the salad. It gets him all worked up. Also he likes your outfit, it compliments your face well Flo."

M3PO goes back to his datapad.

[Whiteness]

Rek keenly observes the Aqualish and M3 interacting with the waitress.

Of course....

Rek nods in understanding "I'll take the special."

[Dood]

"I'll have the special," Dood says as he leans his head on his right hand.

[Reese]

In the diner Te'l orders the special and realizes he has been zoning out the last few hours. Clearly he is not himself today.

"Sorry fellas, I have not been me today. I'm a bit in and out. I think that space jump left me a bit washed out. I may be floating along with you while I recover, but trust me, I will be there if any fun starts. Just bear with me a bit. So mister Commander, what is the plan?"

[Dood]

In the diner Te'l orders the special and realizes he has been zoning out the last few hours. Clearly he is not himself today.

"The plan is you eat and then sleep and then we look for work." M3PO doesn't look up from his datapad. "And Flo get Mr. Marin there the special as well."
