So let me interpret the game to this point:

Day 1 - Met a bunch of folks, apparently a sleeper cell but we never really met or found out who each other was when suddenly for no apparent reason Imperial troopers show up. They take away the messenger and remove one member of our team, the linchpin if you will. We all stand around dumbfounded with no clue what to do except use the data card that is clearly compromised to go after goods that bad people know we are after now. Oh, and the linchpin, hes not part of the story anymore because, umm, yeah.

Day 1 Later - One team member wont speak basic, One team member is high or stupid and Two team members background would lead them to fun away and not participate if they know they will be caught. We still don't know what we are doing or where we are going. We use this datacard to find out where we should go to get caught and end up in jail. We get orders for a self-appointed commander of the cell. These orders are to find out information on various topics, and when attempting to gather information we find nothing.

Perhaps Day 2 wont start with "you dont know who each other is, what you are supposed to do, or how to get there" but you do know "Imperials killed your leader droid and are likely to be waiting with the crate of Droid doodads".

This....is....going....well?

You're not dead or captured, which is usually what the imperials do with Rebel scum so take that for what it's worth.

You guys have to give it a little time to develop. Think back to the start of the last campaign. A few vague clues and most of the interesting stuff happened when you guys went to Tatooine and started exploring.

That said if we decide we should build up our cash reserves before going to Casteel....I have a few ideas.

I'm starting to lean towards blindly charging in with no money or plan.

I'm taking advantage of Bronto's daftness because I'm swamped at work this week and it's my sister's wedding this weekend and we have stuff every minute from now until Monday. But fret not, Bronto has some surprises in store.

New cell so we didn't know everyone beforehand, Imperials were looking for someone which shows how on the edge of capture we are, blackferne was hardly the linchpin, there was no reason to think the data card was compromised, we don't know if they know our plan until blackferne is back and he is gone because he tried to talk us out of trouble

Just a tip. You might consider assembling the Black Womp Rats first and apply as a group instead of trying to get jobs for those who are not there.
