Trinal relates this to the rest of the group.

"My apologies for not realizing this at first; it's a very old tale. It's interesting but I don't know if it's useful to us."

[ooc]I wish I had one of those IRL.[/ooc]

"While Tony Plush can think of several minor uses for it, there is also a temptation there that is probably best avoided as well. Let's get moving."

Tony will head out per previous plan to the south then take the turn west to follow the corridor.

Stavis will follow the group but only after ensuring that Ham'mon leaves with the group.

I am assuming no one is taking the cup. (If someone wants the cup and posts "I'm taking the cup" I will retcon the possession into the story).

That said Tony and the group move south the remainder of this hallway to the corner and turn to see it is a shallow dead end. No traps were discovered.

For the sake of completeness and to make sure that there isn't more than 1 level, etc Tony will lead the group back and we will now loop around the back side of the room.

The party follows tony from the false corner/dead end, past the cup trap room back to the E/W short corridor. That corridor has the break in the north wall you previously came through. You walk past it to the West end of this corridor and look south down the Western (N/S) corridor. There is a corner at the far end of the hallway turning East, and a break in the eastern wall about halfway to the corner. The break in the wall and the corner at the end seem about the same distance as the other side with the cup room.

It is a room the same size as the cup room. Nothing of interest to the best you can tell.

Keep going south down to where I assume it turns east again at the south end of the room and check that passage.

The party goes south and turns east and is faced with an immediate turn south again followed by an immediate turn east which goes for a bit before ending in a corner heading North.

This north south corridor you find yourself in has a break in the east wall about half way and at the edge of your torchlight you see a corner headed east. You also hear a faint rattling noise down the hall.

Tony will turn to the rest of the group and whisper... "Hold here, Tony Plush will investigate. Be ready to charge if needed."

Tony will sneak ahead of the group moving toward the sounds

Trinal will make a Nature check to see if he can identify the source of the sound.

Tony creeps down the hall leaving the torch behind to not reveal himself. He walks very slowly and carefully while teh party strains their ears to figure out the source of the sound.

Tony goes past the break in the east wall and towards the corner. As he approaches he hears a sigh and some more rattling which could be footsteps.

Does Tony wish to turn the corner?

Tony will not go around the corner, but will get into a low crouch and poke his head out to look around the corner.
Remember I am sneaking...and I'm crouching down to ensure I'm not at eye level for most creatures, thereby making it more difficult for me to be seen.

Tony peeks aorund the corner and see in the dimly lit hallway a break in the southern wall which some kind of fire light is coming out of. The sounds of footsteps is clear, but it isn't booted steps, but like the skeletons you faced back in the vampire crypt. If you had to wager there would be skeletons. You can't tell how many from this position.

I will go back to the group and give the following report...

"Around the corner ahead and down the hall there is an opening on the south wall. The sound is coming from there. Tony Plush is confident there are an undetermined number of skeletons in the room. Tony Plush can scout the room first if we want or knowing what is ahead we can just go with a good old fashioned frontal assault. Opinions?"
