M3PO looks to Dood then to Edgar "Sir if I may intrude. I can provide value to the work these men have signed on for. I'm a protocol droid built specifically for logistics within a fleet setting. I have specialization in bureaucracy, technology, computer use, and while you don't need one I suppose, I am trained to pilot. So while my master may have forgotten to mention me as a travel companion, I can and do intend to provide all my skills towards your disposal."

Edgar gives Dood a hard look, "Do you have any more droids or friends that you didn't think would make it I should know about?"

Dood holds both of his hands up.

"Commander, as these men will gladly attest, I have no friends."

Slighty hurt, I thought we were getting along fine.. Rek nods in response to Dood's comment. "This is everyone, as he said we didn't expect the droid to make it."

With a hard look at the whole group: "I'm watching all of you guys. One more little oversight like this and I'll throw you all out an airlock myself."
Edgar finishing processing you all without another word and pointedly ignores any further attempts to engage him in converstation. Once he's done collecting your items, etc he puts them all in the bag, slings it over his shoulder, motions for you all to follow him into the ship and he heads in setting a brisk pace through the corridors.
After a couple minutes walk he gets to straight corridor lined with hatches that dead ends at the far end.
"The last 2 are yours to share. I'd suggest when you aren't working to get your rest there, this ain't no pleasure cruise. And if you do wander the ship the bridge is strictly off-limits. The mess is down 2 corridors, then hang a left. Get yourself settled, meals are at 0600, 1200 and 1900 hours. You and you" Edgar says pointing to Blu and T'el "are helping with breakfast so you have about an hour til they need you in the mess. I'll have other jobs for the rest of you once we are under way." Edgar turns around and heads in a completely different direction from the one you came.

M3PO goes to the last room and motions for everyone to come inside. Once inside he closes the door and says in a soft tone.

"Okay brief recap of where I've been. Upon leaving you I was in a troop transport. I attempted to engage the captain in conversation to get an idea of my next con to get free. That went poorly when I had the restraining bolt attached. Next thing I know I'm booting up on a conveyor belt headed to an incinerator. I get off the belt. Do a simple self check for anything that might be attached to me or new hardware installed, but didn't see anything. I have had a partial memory wipe for a total of four hours. I've contacted the district office about this and advised. I don't know where we go from here, but if any of you know mechanics or computers I would love you to give me a diagnostic to double check."

@M3 - you do notice the sway - going by the sound his body just made and observing his slight paling you believe it is likely he is suffering from low-blood sugar.

@Rek - you are feeling kinda lightheaded but the second of vertigo passes quickly. You take a second to think about why that might have happened and it occurs to you that you haven't eaten anything since lunch yesterday and it's now almost 4 AM.

Rek's thought is punctuated by a loud growl of his stomach.

Ignore it without penalty yes, but that doesn't mean your body isn't going to remind you now and then.

M3PO takes the food and breaks it into thirds. (It was a loaf of bread with nuts and fruits in it). He hands one third to Rek.

"Eat this." He says with a caring tilt of the head. "It should tide you over til breakfast."

"And" turning to Blu "I'm sorry you weren't able to get the whole loaf as I originally intended. M3PO at your service"

Turning to Dood and switching to Bothan. "You are no doubt a proud, cunning, and resourceful one. A true asset to your family and your clan. May we forge a way together. M3PO at your service."

Turning to Blu and speakingn Ortolan "While I may not have provided the feast I would have liked, I hope my offering of this snack forges a new friendship. M3PO at your service."

Turning to Rek and saying in Durese "You are truly a brave navigator and explorer in the proud tradition of your people. M3PO at your service."

Turning to Bronto and saying in Aqualish "We are proud and we are one. Together we shall triumph. M3PO at your service."

Rek waves off the proffered bread. "Thanks but I'd rather get you checked out first, I'll eat when breakfast is ready"

Rek begins his inspection, planning on working until breakfast.

Dood grabs Rek by the shoulder.

"Hold on a second, Rick. Step into the hall for a word or three."

Dood escorts Rek down the hall to hopefully be out of earshot of M3P0.

"Listen, we don't know what our friends did to that tin-man there, and we do know that there are 4 hours that he can't account for. Whatever you find in there, do NOT mention it to him. You find me and T'el and we'll all figure out what to do as a group - without the droid. I'm not ending up dead because the walrus wants a metal friend that grunts like he does."
