A treaty has been reached between Whitey and Lord Jareth (AKA Reese) of Tighpantsia. The treaty will run through years 4,5 and 6.

Take your roll then. If you get a 6 the fort's bonus is negated.

I was happier before I realized my navy had to roll to negate the fort bonus.

Lord Jareth sees inevitable defeat in Garto and retreats to Carg with his tail between his legs.

His abandonment of his ally will force him into several years of shame. However, he will find some joy in blowing Jimer's boats the fuck up.
