Hey, I edited my original presentation, my original writing off the top of my head had me declaring a new corporate bylaw as security director that stated that if any employee of the company attacked another employee without concrete proof of corporate treason that they would be then be subject to punishment as deemed by the security director.Blackferne wrote:"A character flaw we WILL be working on"

Interestingly enough Eli hasn't really talked about his force sensitivity (or The Wae). This conversation is really interesting to me.
Force Conversion anyone?

I said the conversation is interesting. We don't know enough about Jax for me to think he is interesting yet.Gandolfini wrote:Isn't the gamer's curse "May you make the GM find your character 'interesting'"?Blackferne wrote:Interestingly enough Eli hasn't really talked about his force sensitivity (or The Wae). Eli hasn't found anyone in the group even close to disiplined enough to walk the path successfully...and noone has seen me do anything forcish...yet. Now that I've unlocked a few new "secrets" though I'm sure it will come up.Blackferne wrote:Interestingly enough Eli hasn't really talked about his force sensitivity (or The Wae). Also as The Wae is an alternate understanding of The Force in his mind Eli differentiates the two so he doesn't even realize he could be a Jedi, not that he would likely go that way if enticed either.

You seriously would have left without it knowing that Ro might still be alive and is pissed?!? Am I going to have to play wetnurse and start asking people if they are armed whenever we leave the ship?Cuspar wrote:Let's go gents. I need to stop at the ship for my blaster. Well look at that Syric and Eli agreeing and working together...it's almost like we're starting to gel a little better as a team...

Well, that's kind of goofy. Because you guys never specifically said you were taking your weapons. Its hard to figure the required amount of micromanagement. But so be it. At least Syric has a gun for me.

Re: The Taris Event Chapter 3 OOC Thread
I stated way back during chapter 1 that I wear my combat gloves at all times and when I'm in my "normal clothes", which I did specify I was changing into, has my utility belt with the holder for my club on it, so my weapons are a part of my standard gear.
Realistically though it's a rough and tumble galaxy, remember Han had his pistol with him in the cantina in Star Wars, if you wouldn't have specifically said IN GAME you had to go back for your gun then everyone would have assumed you had it with you and if a fight broke out and you said you'd draw your pistol and fire noone would have said a word because honestly I think we all assumed you were constantly armed like the rest of us are.

I'm trying out Furiel's theory and checking which option I should go with
Plan A - Go alone with Bulwark hiding so he can protect and keep tabs on the situation
Plan B - Tell him Ro'Talth is still alive right now and see what happens
Plan C - Get Mr. T invovled and see what he thinks
Plan D - Go with a full party including the droid
Plan E - Set up a meeting and call the cops with an annonymous tip that Kitani was the one that killed Ro' and tell them where he is going to be
Plan F - Tell Kitani I don't want to meet if he doesn't have the information I want

Should I be concerned how Kitani got a hold of me when the plan was to come back to his office in 3 days? I don't really know how access to others comlinks works or if it was assumed I gave him my information.

That's fine, I just assumed with Ro's comment " revealing as little information about yourself or your interests as you can" that we wouldn't be fronting a lot of the usual general information.Blackferne wrote:I assumed it was exchanged as part of the introduction of Aderbrent.Whiteness wrote:Should I be concerned how Kitani got a hold of me when the plan was to come back to his office in 3 days? There's a big part of me that wants to answer the guy with a "you're a gutless coward" play....
Something like - we risk our asses to save his worthless life on Bryx, he offers to help us to pay us back, then the first chance he gets he double crosses us and attacks us, then runs away, and winds up dead by other hands. That explains why he insisted on you then, since he knew you were a gutless coward that wouldn't follow through with us once he betrayed us. At least he's already dead. Saves us the trouble of having to hunt his dishonorable, back-stabbing, double-crossing no good ass down and burying him ourselves.
But I don't have the chops for that...
