Well, Mr. Ro'Talth - as befitting my name, my business at this point is essentially shipping. I acquired a startup on Tattooine and am operating it as a subsidiary of Fossar Shipping, but I intend to expand the scope of this venture well beyond what my father has ever done. Our crew has a large variety of expertise, so we are, essentially, feeling out what we are best at of several things we do very well. We brought cargo to Bryx, but have decided to spend some time here to assess business opportunities.

Cuspar takes a sip of the brandy. It's clearly expensive, and very delicious.

Your taste is impecaable. This brandy is delightful. What sort of business are you in, Mr. Ro'Talth? Clearly, you've done very well at it!

Cuspar smiles broadly at Ro'Talth, sniffs his brandy, sighs contentedly, and has another sip.

Ro'Talth smiles and let's off a small laugh before sipping his brandy and says, "I'm in the Import Export business here on Bryx and in a few surrounding systems. I work as a chief operations officer for Saltori Merchant Services. So Fossar shipping, I'm a bit slow tonight you are the son of the Shipping Magnate then? How is your father doing?"

@Group 2: Bulwark. You set up in the observation point you and Dood were at when you observed the villa last. You set up your trusty tree branch blind and take the binoculars out and start scanning shortly after sunset.

@ Group 3: On the Ship is So Leet and Eli. So Leet has finished weaponizing and reprogramming S6 and SOD. They each now have a blaster capable of shooting for 3d4 dmg.

@ Group 4: Cuspar and Syric buy tickets (20cr each) and get seated for the show. You guys are on the floor towards teh back of the theater. The inside is pretty lavish with lots of ornamental flourishes in the design of the theater itself. Think European opera house. Along the walls of the theater are box seats. In the one closest to the stage on the right you see shortly before the show starts a Twi'lek male matching the images you've seen of Ro'Talth sitting down. Slightly behind him you see two large men in suits standing guard. No one else is in the box. The curtain comes up and the show starts.

@ Group 5: Dood and Klak are situated in a outdoor cafe across the street from the theater just lounging drinking beer. They are able to see the front from an angle and can see the alleyway to the right of the building where there is an emergency exit.
I don't think it makes a difference in the grand scheme, however what I had said when we arrived here would have still stood, which is noone goes out alone, so I would have gone with Bulwark on the scouting trip and left So Leet alone on the ship with it buttoned up and locked.

Retcon Eli to be hiding in the bushes with Bulwark. He uses his survival and stealth knowledge to cover you up. You see the patrol patterns and probe droids as well.

also name change So Leet is now So Lonely :woe:

Gives me time to make the droid upgrades. Specifically one to SOD concerning security while we are sleeping.
Also I'm going to work on some company ids for everyone to ensure in the future if we need to go anywhere as a legitimate team or group we have company Id.

Syric shifts his eyes from side to side :shifty: to ensure no one is looking before pulling out a flask and taking a quick sip.

I wonder how Cuspar's doing...

@ So Leet

You start photoshopping up some sweet looking ID badges that have a chip that acts as a keycard to get into the ship.

Yes - Fossar is my father. And he is well. Probably happier with me in the fold of his business, than he was before. I'd be lying if I said that this venture wasn't partly motivated by a desire to impress him. Granted, my fleet has to grow several thousand fold to truly impress him, but I seek to make my fortune by quality and... uniqueness... of service, rather than by numbers alone. Should Saltori require additional contractors, I'd be thrilled... pardon me. I ought not exploit your hospitality and make a business pitch.

Cuspar sips his brandy.

What drew you to become a patron of this theater? It's wonderful - it reminds me of the Grand Stage on Dac, although above water, obviously!

"Oh I've always had a fondness for the performing arts. My mother used to perform opera on Ryloth before I was born, and instilled an appreciation for the arts. As for this theater, I find the troupe working currently to have several stars just waiting to break out. Admittedly the performances as a whole aren't ready for the inner worlds, but work has me out here, and this group is very good."

The tones and lights signal that it is time to return to the chairs for the final act.

Ro'Talth downs the remainder of his brandy. "I hate to rush such a fine drink, but the music in the third act is breathtaking and it would be a crime to miss it. If you'll excuse me Mr. Inirv'e." He stands up. "Oh real quick. When you get a chance look up the in town office for Saltori Merch and get registered as a vendor. What was the name of your company again so I can let them know. It always helps to have options."

Aderbrent Service, Mr. Ro'Talth. Aderbrent Services. Many thanks for the brandy - the next time, it will be my turn to treat you. I hope to see you about. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cuspar bows deeply to Ro'Talth, and returns to his seat.

Well, that was interesting, he says to Syric, and may have opened up another door for us. I'll explain when we're back at the ship.

@ Cuspar and Syric

The third act finishes out with the Rodian getting the girl and the Bothan's blatant racism being punished through song. The cast does a few curtain calls. I am going to assume that midway through the third act Syric got up and went to hang out by the door to back stage. Cuspar you notice Ro'Talth and his security team leave the box and comm Syric who sees him come down from the VIP staircase and enter the backstage area door let in by theater security.

@ Dood and Klak you notice in the alleyway a luxury landspeeder pulls up next to that door shortly before teh show ends. Soon after curtain call the front is flooded with theater goers walking out, catching cabs etc etc.

"Dood, the VIP has left his box but has headed backstage. Security is there so I'm not going to try and follow, but I will wait where I am for now in case he doubles back."

"Cuspar, hang back in the theater for now until everyone else has mostly made their exit. I just saw our twilek heading backstage so I'm going to stay where I am and keep my eyes open. If I get stopped I want to be able to say I'm looking for my fishy associate and have it be legit."

Syric keeps a watch on the backstage door for now. If Ro' doesn't come out and the crowd thins out to where he would seem noticable, he heads back to find Cuspar.

From north end of the street. You probably should write down the plates for the speeder.

So...retconning...

Dood, um, notices cameras on the street or something and thinks, "ZOMG! We haz 1337 hax00r skilz back on teh shipz!!!LOL!"

He then texts So Leet the license number and description of the speeder along with a request to see if he can try to trace the speeder through the city when it leaves. Also like, pull all the info on the speeder or something. Plus, Dood would like a sandwich.

With relative ease you pull up the id tag info on the speeder and set a subtle subroutine to have municipal law enforcement databanks track the car and send updates to your terminal. after spending all of 5 minutes setting this up you go back to SOD's nocturnal patrol protocols.

Dood buys 5 shots of Lokian Rye and pushes 2 of them in front of Klak. He takes two himself and suggests that whoever finishes their two shots first, gets to drink the third one.

He tries to keep an eye on the car in the alley, but he doesn't try very hard.

@ Dood and Klak

Roll 1d20+Con modifier for each drink vs DC 10 If you fail you throw up and lose. Assuming you pass both you roll 1d20+dex mod to see who gets the last shot and then the con check to see if it stays down DC15

@Dood, Cuspar, Syric, So Leet and Klak

About 30 minutes after the show ends Ro'Talth and Ro'Wan come out of the side door in the alley and the security hop into the speeder as well. You count the driver, the two VIPs and 5 security in total, all of whom were in the theater with either Ro'Talth or Ro'Wan.

So Leet tracks the speeder while tinkering with SOD. The speeder stops about 2 km away in a nice complex which has a handful of villas arranged in a circle around a garden courtyard. So Leet is able to send your commlinks the address and tells you that the VIPs went inside and the 5 guards are set up around the area with the speeder w/driver waits on the street.
