In your several hours you manage to find out that Pala Joonhali is a known art and artifact collector and seller. He envisions himself an academic, but art thief might be more appropriate for much of his reputation. Recently he has been known to have a visit to Talus, and recent weeks he had a long stay in deep space. Upon returning he has had talk of being able to "retire" after selling his big score. The station is a rest and refueling station near a gas giant on an older hyperspace route that doesn't get as much traffic anymore. It has two cantinas and a tapacafe in section one of the space station. Section 2 is more of a hotel. Section 3 is Joonhali's private section and section four is of limits.

"Yeah I have a few quick questions. Is there any problem with one of my droids accompaning me or running errands for me? I don't want them destroyed because some hot-head's got a grudge againts non-organics. Also, what kind of security do you have here? My associate is to remain on board and I want to make sure he'll be fine, he's fresh off the farm so to speak. Is there anything else in sector 2 besides suites and rooms or do I have to come back to this section if I want to get a bite to eat or a few drinks?"

"Droids are free to move about the facility, except sections three and four of course. If you have a combat droid however that will need to have a restraining bolt attached that will be removed upon your departure. I'm sure you understand. The station itself is staffed with a variety of security personnel ranging from droids to organic with proper security training and often times security experience in reputable systems. Should some one do damage to your property, we will do our best to facilitate proper compensation and you can rest assured that we will take the matter most seriously. Section two has mostly suites for lodging, but there is a small limited bar, and a small refreshment stand that has a very limited menu. I often stop by for lunch to grab some fruit and a cup of caf in the morning." The Zabrak says smiling. "In addition there are some relaxation rooms with properly trained massage and relaxation specialists. Will you be wanting one room or two, for you and your companion?"

"Well one room for me now, the relaxation is the whole reason I'm here, but can my companion just bunk in the ship? His being around me isn't always good for my staying relaxed. If not, just a cheap room for him."

Jokull looks around and shakes his head, "Wow, his own spacestation, complete with relaxation rooms, all this, two sections for private residence...how did he get all this? Does he ever stop by the regular cantinas where I might bump into him...hey could I meet him? Is he looking for any newstaff? he continues excitedly.

He then looks back at the Zabrak, "Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a starstruck child, but man Mr. Joonhali really has it made. It sure beats hauling commodities or dealing with procedures and regulations..."

We have many cargo haulers who just stop by for a few hours rest, refuel and a hot meal before lugging carbonite ore on its way. As for employment opportunities, you should probably talk to Ms. Dassel. She is the general manager for the station and deals more with the day to day operations. As for Mr. Joonhali's drinking habits, he has been known to partake in a round or four in the station cantinas. Is there anything else I can help you with?" The Zabrak pulls a datacard out of his pocket pops inserts it to his reader programs it and hands it to you. "If not you will find your room 413 in section two of the station."

"As long as your companion follows the rules he can leave the ship whenever he likes, no special clearance is needed. As for Ms. Dassel, you will want to go to level 7 of section 1. That is where her office is, I'm not sure if she is there now, but her staff can find her if it is an emergency. Thank you." The Zabrak and the protocol droid wander off.

As you drop out of hyperspace you are hailed on the common frequency. "Unidentified ship at mark 3009 mark 9B1002, please identify yourself and wait for landing instructions." A accented female voice says in basic. You notice two Sorosub patrol fighters coming for an escort job on your starboard side.

Jokull re-enters the ship, "Egdir, you and the droids keep watch for any suspicious ships landing and let me know what you find, the Republic and the Separatists will likely send someone here. Once I've gone I want you to take a walk around to 'stretch your legs' and keep your eyes open in case they're already here. My room is 413 in section 2 if you need anything, and stay away from the cantina's for now."

Jokull leaves the ship and heads for the nearest cantina, orders an ale and a light meal and listens for a couple hours.

Listening for any mention of Joonhali (where he's been, if he's been to the cantina recently, where he usualy is when out of his private residence), any mention of republic or separatist agents on the space station, any news of the auction, and any news of issues the space station has that i could exploit in my possible attempt to gain employement.

@Jokull

You head to the cantina called Aros. There is the usual blend of haulers and people you'd recognize as smugglers in the various alcoves and tables around the joint. The talk you gather is mostly about the war raging on, and how profits are at an all time high, but so is the danger around shipping. As for Joonhali the best you can get is he was on Tatooine recently and then he was out of contact for a few weeks. When he got back he apparently had been in 'deep space' and had found something that would be worth a lot of credits. He hasn't been to this cantina today, but it is still early. No issues of problems in the management of the station as of yet.

@Jokull

The room is about what you'd expect for a hotel of comparable price. It is clean, semi stylish (though seems like it would have been more in vogue five years ago). There is a bed, a vidprojector that has various holovids for viewing. A fresher is clean and has a luxurious shower. There is a window overlooking the gas giant.

The relaxtion room has a sauna, whirlpool, and a masseuse able to assist you. He however is quite clear there are no "happy endings".

"Roger that Mr. Reen. Pleas go to landing platform Bravo 2. I repeat go to landing platform Bravo 2. We will have an escort fly you in, and someone to meet you at the landing platform." The female voice says. One of the Sorosubs takes a lead position and the other takes a position behind you while you fly to platform Bravo 2.

Upon touchdown you are met with a human female and a protocol droid.

"Greetings and welcome to the Bootali II space station. I will escort you to Mr. Talzut's office after I have informed you of the ground rules of our station. First you have free access to anywhere in section one and section 2 of the station. Sections three and four are by invitation only. Second you may not carry any weapon larger than a sidearm anywhere past this point. Rooms are seventy credits a night. We have two cantinas and a tapcafe in section one as well as a provisioning depot for rations fuel etc. Section two is where the rooms and suites are for overnight guests. If you will follow me, I can take you to Mr. Talzut's office." The brunette woman says pointing to the back of the deck.
