I'm not sure what's up, but they're totally offline. I'm trying to find someone to talk to about it. I'll keep you updated.

Their website is down, nothing on their Twitter or Facebook feed and no response to emails. I'm starting to fear that they've just pulled up stakes and folded.

I'll start shopping around for a new host either way- it's about time we changed to one more reliable. The most recent backup I have of the server locally is from November 3 (a week ago). I take weekly backups offsite, thankfully.

If the current host doesn't come back up, we'll be stuck with a slight rollback. I'll keep you up to date!

Host is apparently just gone. No idea where or why, no word.

I'm looking into other options and will be contacting PayPal to try and reverse the last payment I sent them a few days ago, because we paid for November and got nothing. I can probably have the server back sometime this evening, on a November 3 backup.

Update: Right as I filed a dispute with PayPal and started opening up discussions with other hosts, the old one came back up. However, I don't trust them. I'm backing up the server right now and will verify that it's intact, but then will be moving to a new host and cancelling the old one- these guys are really sketchy and I don't trust them as far as I can spit a rat.
