Don't be too proud of this technological terror Jounville has constructed. The power to kill battle droids is insignificant compared to the power of Eli's club crushing your skull.Cuspar wrote:Chapter 3! With our Fandango-bot, we'll be UNSTOPPABLE!
I find your lack of cheese disturbing.Furiel wrote:Don't be too proud of this technological terror Jounville has constructed. The power to kill battle droids is insignificant compared to the power of Eli's club crushing your skull.Cuspar wrote:Chapter 3! With our Fandango-bot, we'll be UNSTOPPABLE!
Yeah and Fandango basically instructed Wailer to do those plans more or less. I'm just not discounting some of the players from looting the corpse, stealing the ship, blowing the ship up or desecrating the body.Furiel wrote:I already stated my intentions with what we are doing with the Pussy Wagon, Slick and Wailer's body. Unless someone is overriding those desires in an obvious way, which will lead to a confrontation with Eli, or a subtle way, which will require some stealth rolls and me blowing my perception, you know what the plan is.
Attached to the body which is over Eli's shoulder...which is then going to be placed in the ship by Eli...and Eli is going to be the last person off the Pussy Wagon since I'll be recording my holo message after everyone has paid their respects...Whiteness wrote:Where was his lightsaber again? Is there a reason we suspect he won't just give us one? I mean, his options right now are fairly limited.Cuspar wrote:Somebody tough want to dangle Ro'Talth out the hold and ask him for a destination?
I'd also snag a +2 to my will defense.SWSE Core Rulebook wrote:You are able to obtain license, restricted, military, or illegal equipment without having to pay a licensing fee or endure a background check, provided the total cost of the desired equipment is equal to or less than your character's level X 1,000 credits. In addition, when obtaining equipment or services through the black market, you reduce the black market cost multiplier by 1.
The latter. I mean, Blackie could require you to come up with some story-based reason for it, but the rules state that you just choose when you level up whether you're leveling an existing class or adding a new class at level 1. Or do you just say - instead of going to level 3 noble, im gonna be level 2 noble, level 1 soldier?
When running a game, you should always take notes of what the PCs are doing. Ostensibly for record-keeping purposes.
But mainly so you can set up horrible, horrible consequences of the things that they do with nary a second thought.
You're third level feat can be any feat you want. It doesn't have to be from a class list at all, the entire feats section is open to you as long as you meet the prerequisites for it. Only bonus feats have to be off the classes list that you just leveled up in that granted the bonus feat.Dood wrote:To give an example, since I'm multiclassing here.
Dood is a level 2 scout going to level 3.
As a level 3 character I'm not going to pick up another scout level. Instead I'm picking up Noble 1.
This means that I get 1D6 + CON additional hitpoints (instead of the 1D8+CON I'd get if I were going to stay with just scout).
I get to pick 1 of the level 1 feats for Noble if I qualify (I don't - if I had INT 13+ I could get Linguist).
I get to pick 1 of the Noble talents (taking Connections)
I can apply any of the Noble's defenses that are better tahn my current class's defenses (defenses don't stack). So my Scout class gets no bonus to Will Defense, but Nobles get +2 to Will.
Because I'm now a level 3 character - even though I'm not a level 3 scout, I also get to pick a feat. That feat can be from either the Noble or Scout feat lists because it's a feat bonus from my overall level, not a class level.
Let's just say that the Bounty Hunter the Casino on Tat hired to find Wailer is going to be very disappointed in the recent turn of events.Dood wrote:Also, since I know Pat is reading Darths & Droids, I withdraw my objection to not taking the stolen speeder not because of Eli, but because of this tidbit that I'm positive Pat has already seen:

Wait, there is a bounty on Wailer's life? How much is it for?Blackferne wrote: Let's just say that the Bounty Hunter the Casino on Tat hired to find Wailer is going to be very disappointed in the recent turn of events.
It will be set up in a short while, when the Exchange audits the books of the casino and some rather strongly worded employee reviews are dealt out. But you'd need to be vetted by the exchange to work as a bounty hunter for them.Bulwark wrote:Wait, there is a bounty on Wailer's life? this smells like easy money...
