Trinal again bringing up the rear. Given we've had two dustups recently, he's listening carefully for any sign of pursuit.

The party heads north a while before having the corridor turn east, then turn north again. It runs a while longer before turning west.

The party heads west until you see a break in the southern wall. Which looks like the start of a hall heading west.

Summary of current position.

North: wall.
East: Hallway you came down.
South: New corridor which is heading west.
West: The corridor you are in which is also headed west.

Please make perception checks. (add +1 for Victae's racial)

Trinal, Gobo, and Syric perceive nothing of interest.

Victae and Tony both turn their heads looking like they are straining to hear something.

Trinal looks at Victae and Tony, and cocks an eyebrow. He gestures to the rest of the group for silence, grips his staff and looks around warily.

Remembering the spiders and their wall-climbing antics, Trinal also looks up and scans the ceiling.

"Tony Plush hear singing. It's faint but it's there. Multiple voices, down that hallway. Can't tell how many."

Tony gestures down the southern of the two west running passages.

"Tony Plush does not like the idea of leaving a known threat behind us, so we should head down there and eliminate it. We should progress quitely and once we get a little closer Tony Plush can scout ahead and assess the situation before we rush in blindly. Unless anyone has a better plan?"

Trinal's face crunches up in disgust. "I just realized what it probably is."

He looks at Tony. "Harpies", he says flatly.

Trinal looks around at the rest of the party. "Let's fall back a little and find something to plug our ears with. You do NOT want to hear their song, trust me."
