Immobilized means we cannot move from our space, but we can be pushed, pulled, teleported etc by other parties.

Tony will NOT move - if Syric is willing I'll use my move action to use Get Over Here on him to shift him 2 squares north to be right next to me, which would but us in position to both shift B into a flank next turn (again if Syric is willing, if not then I take no move action)

Tony will attack with his daily Villain's Menace vs AC - if hit I get a +2 to hit and +4 to damage on ghoul b until it dies, a miss I still get +1/+2
