The "blank" means the name is missing, pretty easy to see what it will be.

Note: All +31 stat crystals require player level 47. All +41 stat crystals require player level 50. All crystals except the Cyan and Purple crystals are BoP. All crystals are listed without any requirements to use except player level. Regarding Cyan and Purple prices, whichever color your faction already has will only cost 125k for you and the color your faction doesn't have will cost 250k.

Korrealis Corporation, a family-owned personal transportation company based out of Balmorra, has announced that, in response to a sharp increase in customer complaints, all production of the ‘Sovereign’, ‘Prince’, 'Baron' and 'Commander' speeder lines has been halted indefinitely. This announcement comes on the heels of the rumor that Tirsa Industrial Consortium has quietly ceased production of their less than successful 'Prime' model, which faced similar blowback.

Vehicle Vendors across the galaxy have been advised to clear out any remaining stock of these models, and many Vendors have begun offering steep discounts to entice potential customers. Collectors and investors may want to take note that the previous limitations governing the resale of some vehicles seem to have been lifted and are encouraged to use the opportunity to purchase these legacy vehicles while they are still available.

After several months of deliberation, the Republic Senate's Committee on Transportation and Public Safety has passed new regulations that, among other things, adjust the cost of speeder licenses. Once these regulations are signed by the Supreme Chancellor in the coming weeks, prices for Tier I and Tier II speeder licenses across the galaxy are expected to see a significant decline. To help offset the loss of revenue generated by these licenses, taxes on all models of Tier III speeders will be significantly increased once the new regulation takes effect.

Critics claim that the resolution will only add to the serious strain on the Republic’s finances, while others see this as a vain attempt to keep on pace with the Imperial Transportation Authority, which recently passed a similar law.

So the speeders that will be vanishing in 1.2 (at a discounted price from 1.1.5 until 1.2):

Tirsa Prime

They will also become tradable... buy some, hoard them a while and profit?

Tier 1 and 2 training will get cheaper, but Tier 3 speeders will get much more expensive as a result.

So PvP lightsabers will be moddable? Or swap the crystal on a regular and build your own?

See. A +41 crystal becomes essential for tanking. I need another 1.3 million credits.

Wait though. There seem to be +41s that aren't white for 125k. Easy peasy. Where do we buy them?

All armor/weapons will become fully moddable. PvP and PvE gear will have the armoring/hilt/barrel become removable so you can transfer the set stats to an orange piece of gear (or another purple). Not sure if that will happen in 1.1.5 or 1.2 though (suspect the latter). Orange weapons can get a crit craft and an augment slot now (there's one on the Imperial Fleet for 300k now, and a guildmate sold a gun for 900k) and armor will after the patch (again, not sure if 1.1.5 or 1.2) so you'll be able to build better gear sets with orange crafted items than you can get via PvP/PvE... it will just cost a lot more and be harder/rarer to get. It's making end-game Armstech/Armormech/Synthweaving relevant again. Artifice also gets some love with new crystal recipes. Not sure who gets the craftable augments...

There will be a vendor on the Fleet from what I've been able to determine. The Pre-Order crystals are also getting some level-loving, though not sure how many versions, what stats or the costs involved there. The big deal with the white crystals is that they're limited time only. An ePeen thing for the "early rich"... though I'm sure they'll come back again (at least for more limited time offerings) down the road.

They're the current speeder vendors. I don't know which ones are which, and I wouldn't buy any right now anyway since the price will drop, and the likelihood of the items bought today becoming trade-able seems low (just a hunch).

I would advise against "investing" in the future collectability of those speeders. With that email, everyone will be doing it. Even so, Those aren't the "cool" looking speeders, so the market for them after they are removed will not be very high.
