I received mine a moment ago for the Digital Deluxe edition I bought. So if you ordered via Origin keep an eye on your mailbox. You have til Dec 22nd I think enter the information before they suspend your account.

I suspect they are being sent out based on order date. I ordered in sept and don't have mine yet.

BTW VIP lounge is pretty meh. I imagine that the CE vendor might be neat, but as far as cantinas go I much prefer the Dealer's Den in the Mechant district of Coruscant. That is my default go to spot when I want to chill in game.
