Lockout weirdness

Both Skig and Butter show zero lockouts as of Monday, but I ran several ops with each this week, and the new weeklies haven't spawned. Did they do away with lockouts? Are they just displaying wrong?
EDIT:
Reset UI, now displaying properly. Weird.

I would assume that is a display bug, or perhaps they did away with lockouts unintentionally. I can't imagine that would be a persistent thing going forward. Otherwise people would farm TFB a whole bunch.

yeah, it was just a UI glitch, after reset they're displaying properly.
