I just hopped on to the server for a quick second to see what was new, and to apply the new Very High graphics settings. I noticed that my Lvl 50's Rest meter started climbing about the same time I hopped on; I was on Carrick Station, but the counter didn't start going until I logged in. Might be a bug or a quirk with the new higher levels, but if it's worth popping on with your 50s to start the counter, might be worth the effort.

I didn't read the notes, and I just woke up, but unless they raised the level cap, one EV run will wipe out all rested xp for a 50.

Aah, that may be the case, I just never noticed it climbing before.
