Make sure this weekend or early next week you download it if you don't have it already and we can make a server to blow ourselves up with.

Does anyone have a TF2 server up? I spent a little time last night setting one up, but it wouldn't let me connect. I'll try again tonight. If it doesn't work, we can take over an unpopulated public server.

I created a dedicated server called Alvis TF2 with a password of alvis.
Though, it may be easier to just shift-tab and right click on the name of someone already on the server and click Join.
I think this shindig is officially kicking off at 8:30 CST, but I'll have the server up early to play around with.
TF2 has built in voice (you have to turn it on under Options). This should prevent the problems we had with vent last week.
Remember, even though team-killing is disabled no one is forcing you to heal Blackie

There was a compatability issue with MW4 such that if you were playing the game and had it as your active window the push to talk key would not be sent to Vent, thus you could not communicate in vent while actively playing.
