HBO has released a 13-minute preview of their new miniseries "The Game of Thrones", based on book 1 of the "Song of Ice and Fire" by George R. R. Martin. If you haven't already, I highly recommend reading all of the books of the series (4 so far). It is, by far, the best fantasy epic I have ever read, and I have read quite a few. It is more mature than the "Wheel of Time" with a heavier-emphasis on politics (hence the name). I warn you though, don't get too attached to the characters.

The preview seems to portray the events of the first chapter, and I must say it is looking promising.

Gonna wait for next Sunday... SO excited!!!

Never even heard of this until I saw the trailer on HBO a few months back. Looks cool, and I am liking The Borgias on Showtime.
