Lucas is going to re-release the star wars movies one a year in 3D. Starting with Episode 1 in 2012. Which means in 2016 we get to see Luke's hand get lopped off in 3D! And Sarlaac Pit 3D in 2017!
Even though I am generally against 3D movies, and having seen Clash of the Titans in 3D made me feel non 3D movies should never be remastered into 3D because it looks like crap. I do think Lucas has the technical knowledge to make the best attempt at bridging 2D to 3D movies. And who knows, maybe Han will shoot first again in 2015.

Your first mistake is assuming Lucas has anything to do with Star Wars anymore. I, for one, cannot believe that one person could obsess over a series of movies trying to rework them time and time again into something that resembles his vision when he could have gotten off his lazy fat ass in the first place and shot them right the first time.

In other good news, I needed to replace my work PC today so I got a quad core Qosmio gaming laptop with a bigass video card. Won't have to test out paralleling it on a Mac!
