The Church of Alvis

Anyone hear of Earthrise? I just came across it today and it seems pretty interesting. Open sandbox style, future setting (after WWIII), faction-less PvP... estimated release is fall 2010 as well. It has a sort of Fallout-ish feeling about it. It's supposed to have a sweet crafting system as well, though I'm still digging for info on the game.
