Bioware Austin

Post by Gandolfini » Fri Sep 03, 2010 9:48 pm

About a month ago, I submitted my resume for a position at Bioware Austin for a Customer Service Tools Engineer. I received an email from them today asking to schedule a phone interview next week.

Not holding my breathe but who knows?

So what does a Customer Service Tools Engineer do? Would you design the stuff CSRs use when on the phone with idiots who can't login?

Finished my phone interview. It went well but I never really know how it goes until I get a call back.

The interview process looks long compared to most companies. If selected, I would do an in-person interview with the same person and he would ask more technical questions. If I pass that stage then I would interview with a panel of about 12 people.

The panel interview sould like the suck.

If you get to the panel interview portion be sure to answer at least one coding question with the answer "The code?!? You want the CODE?!?! YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE CODE!!!!!"

Guaranteed job offer right there...

I'll make you a deal. If one of the panelists looks like Demi Moore, I'll do it.

I think if he gets the panel interview he should only answer in Star Wars quotes.

Over/under on how many times he answers "I've got a bad feeling about this"?

Minimum requirement is once per person. Each movie had it at least once.
